ALPHA IOTA MU LAMBDA (AIML) FOUNDATION

The Alpha Iota Mu Lambda (AIML) Foundation was established in September 2010.  The AIML Foundation was established  with the intent to be the non-profit charitable arm of the Iota Mu Lambda Alumni Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. with exemption under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

In addition to striving to implement the national programs and special projects of the General Organization of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. through the Iota Mu Lambda Alumni Chapter, the Foundation conducts fundraising from the general public to annually provide education scholarships to deserving high school students and generate financial assistance for execution of the national programs and special projects.   

Alpha Iota Mu Lambda Foundation is registered with the Washington Secretary of State’s office as a non-profit corporation and as well with its Charitable Solicitation program as a charity organization.
